How to: Remove glitter nail polish

I've always been a fan of the sparkly paint put on to my nails. Unfortunately, I came to a point due to the irratation and fustration of removing the glitter paint, by elimanating it completely from my polish collection. My very anemic temptations caused me to put it on again knowing how long it takes me to remove with my regular polish remover. After going on with this and regreting why I decided to paint my nails in glitter, I came across a simple yet easy way to remove glitter nail polish.

*A few household items are needed like tin foil, cotton wool and your polish remover.

Step One
Start by tearing a number of tin foil strips and cotton wool pieces to keep ready.

Step Two
Soak your cotton wool piece in the polish remover and place it on your nail. Remember that the cotton wool should be a little bit bigger than your nail size.

Step Three
Now take a tin foil strip and wrap it around your nail.

Step Four
Wait about 3-4 minutes before removing it so the polish remover has time to sink in and remove the glitter.

Step Five
Once it's all removed your nail will have glitter bits everywhere, it will easily be removed once you wash your hands.

I hope this helped most of you. Be sure to leave a comment and tell me what you think. You can also follow this blog by email or join this site on the right of this page. xx
